Updating your firmware is fast and simple. Please follow these steps to insure a successful update:
- Make certain your LX800 is connected to your PC as described in your owner's manual. The LX800 should be turned on and ready to receive data.
- Download the firmware updater by clicking on the link below. Save it to your Desktop.

- Once the firmware updater is downloaded, double click on the file to start the update. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Note: If you have a firmware version lower that 2.01 currently installed on your printer, you can not update to this version. There is a hardware compatibility issue which prevents this upgrade. If you are having problems with your printer, please contact tech support for a resolution.
