Fixed bug where print could fail by being immediately deleted from the queue.

Fixed bug where driver woul not print if the printer name did not match the driver name
(e.g. printer names like "Disc Publisher SE (Copy 2)" would cause the print to be 
immediately deleted from the queue).

(Requires Firmware and duplication software update to latest version)
