Primera Technology, Inc. ("Primera") respects the privacy of users of www.primera.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Statement discloses how we collect and use information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Portions of the Site permit users to contact Primera with requests for information regarding our products and services. Cookies/IP Addresses
Cookies are small files stored by your web browser to help keep track of your user profile. The Site uses cookies to remember a user's personal profile for the user's convenience and to deliver content specific to a user's needs and interests. Primera also uses cookies to track user trends and improve the Site for all users. Primera's cookies do not collect personally identifiable information, and are not shared with third parties.

Primera may collect and use users' Internet Protocol or "IP" Addresses and other site usage data to gather broad demographic information. This data helps Primera serve you by allowing Primera to understand how visitors use the Site. Primera generally does not use IP addresses to identify a user. 3. ACCESS/CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Often, Primera will not retain personal data it has collected from its users via the Site. Nevertheless, you may request access to any data about you that Primera has collected and stored by sending a request to the following email address: webmaster@primera.com. If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of the data collected from you, you may request that the information be corrected by sending a request to the addresses below. Primera will correct the error upon adequate verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking the correction. The Site is not a secure web site. Primera cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information collected by us, transmitted over the Internet, or maintained in your user profile. You agree that any data transmission you make or receive through the Site is at your own risk.

Children and Privacy
The Site is not intended for use by children. Primera encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit. Disclaimer of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Primera be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the user's accessing the Site, even if Primera has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This and the other sections in this Privacy Statement should be read in conjunction with and are subject to the Terms of Use.
