Connie is being built to become the world's first and only edible sheet printer to carry NSF® certification for commercial kitchen use — the same rigorous standard held by Eddie, Primera's edible ink printer. The ink cartridge is independently GMP certified, and the printer includes a clog-resistant print head and sealed ink system designed for reliable day-to-day commercial use.*
*Connie has been designed and built to meet the applicable requirements for NSF certification. The formal certification process is currently underway, and certification will be completed before the first Connie printers are shipped to customers.
