Vendor Area Details

The vendor area will be open at the following times:

  • Friday and Saturday mornings from 8:00–9:00 AM
  • During lunch (75 minutes each day)
  • Friday from 5:15–6:00 PM, prior to the reception
  • Saturday from 4:00–5:15 PM

In addition, there will be 10 to 15-minute passing periods between classes when you're welcome to staff your booth, though this is optional since some of you may also register for the event. All attendees will have two free periods during the event, so if you're able to keep your booth open as much as possible, that's ideal. However, please note there will naturally be some downtime.

Space for vendor stands is limited to a 6' table with space for a max. 10' backdrop. You will have room for a small rack but mostly only the tabletop space. Power will be available and basic Wi-Fi are included. Two chairs are provided for each stand.

IMPORTANT:

We are only accepting vendors that directly apply to Eddie, the Edible Ink Printer including trays, accessories, images for Eddie, and more. Primera reserves the right to reject a vendor if they are not selling something related to Eddie.
