EddieCon 2026 Vendor/Exhibitor Contract
Exhibitor Guidelines & Instructions will be sent 10-14 days prior to the show date, are a part of this contract and must be adhered to as outlined. By submitting The Primera Technology Exhibitor Contract, you are agreeing to the following rules and guidelines:

Terms & Conditions
Liability: Primera Technology, Inc. is not liable for property damage or personal injury to the EXHIBITOR, its staff, agents, or guests within the premises, including the booth space.
Booth Usage: Only the listed company is recognized as the EXHIBITOR. Affiliates or partners are not entitled to booth privileges. No non-EXHIBITOR materials or early breakdown of booths are allowed.
Compliance: Facility rules and applicable laws must be followed. Food sampling requires Primera Technology approval and venue compliance. Alcohol distribution is prohibited. EXHIBITORS assume liability for distributed edible items.
Assignment: Booths cannot be shared or assigned without Primera Technology's written consent.
Security: Primera Technology takes reasonable precautions but is not responsible for the personal safety of EXHIBITOR or its representatives from injury, theft, or damage. EXHIBITOR waives all claims against Primera Technology for such incidents.
Insurance: EXHIBITORS must have liability insurance covering their booth and personnel.
Cancellations: This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be provided to EXHIBITOR for failure to attend or cancellations for any reason. In the event of an emergency including but not limited to disaster, acts of God, declared pandemics, county, state or national state of emergencies, or any other emergency situation, Primera Technology may, at its discretion, reschedule and/or procure alternate space for the show. Primera Technology shall not be liable to EXHIBITOR for any loss or damage by reason of such rescheduling and/or relocation. Primera is not responsible for any personal expenses including travel expenses such as airfare, hotel room nights, etc.
Payments: Payments are non-refundable. Booth assignments will be at the discretion of Primera Technology.
Sales Tax Notice for Vendors: All vendors participating in this Florida tradeshow must be properly registered in the State of Florida to collect, report, and remit sales tax and discretionary surtax on the sale of any tangible personal property. Primera Technology, as the event organizer, does not collect sales tax on behalf of vendors and is not responsible or liable for any vendor tax obligations. Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable state and local tax laws.
Jurisdiction: EXHIBITOR in submitting this agreement, acknowledges their authority to do so and hereby assumes liability for the terms and conditions stated herein as well as any additional guidelines and regulations required by Primera Technology, host facility, or local authorities.
This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Primera Technology, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse exhibit space and/or participation in this or any future event to any individual or company.
