- 6' draped table and chair(s)
- Access to electrical. Please bring your own extension cord.
- Basic wifi

Banner space:
Space for a max 10' banner behind. A smaller pull up banner would be preferred. Room for a small rack for hanging items. Vendor must provide.
Materials handling:
Can be ordered through The UPS Store on site at 407-370-8606
Vendor set up:
Thursday afternoon, January 8th, tear down Saturday, January 10th 6:00 – 10:00 PM
Vendor Hours:
The vendor area will be open at the following times:
- Friday and Saturday mornings from 8:00–9:00 AM
- During lunch (75 minutes each day)
- Friday from 5:15–6:00 PM, prior to the reception
- Saturday from 4:00–5:15 PM
In addition, there will be 10 to 15-minute passing periods between classes when you're welcome to staff your booth, though this is optional since some of you may also register for the event. All attendees will have two free periods during the event, so if you're able to keep your booth open as much as possible, that's ideal. However, please note there will naturally be some downtime.
