Important Registration Instructions
Please read carefully to ensure proper registration and payment processing

One Registration Per Person
Each person attending EddieCon must complete their own individual registration form. Do not submit multiple registrations for the same person.

Group Purchases
If you're purchasing tickets for multiple attendees, list all attendee names in the comments section of your registration form. This helps us match your payment to all registrations.

The rate includes two full days of classes, boxed lunch both days, a reception Friday night, and fun give-aways. There are no add-on classes. All attendees will be placed in groups of 30-40 people based on their Mac or PC preference and will move through classes together over the two days. If you would like to be in the same group with someone, please note that in the comments section below during registration.
Your paid ticket is Non-refundable and Non-cancellable. You may transfer your ticket by notifying marketing@primera.com no later than January 1st, 2026, with the name, email, and phone number of the new attendee and the registrant they are replacing. "No-shows" are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event. The event is limited to 300 attendees

1. Introduction
Primera Technology, Inc. ("Primera") is the official sponsor and owner of the EddieCon event (the "Event"), as well as the EddieCon name and trademark. By registering for or attending EddieCon, you ("Attendee" or "Attendees") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Primera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued registration or participation constitutes acceptance of any such updates.
2. Event Host
EddieCon is officially hosted by Primera.
3. Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until payment has been received.
4. Tickets, Transfers, and Refunds
A confirmation of ticket purchase will be sent by email after registration.
Tickets are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual.
If an Attendee is unable to attend, an alternate person may attend in their place at no extra charge. Notification must be provided in writing by the original ticket holder (via email to marketing@primera.com) by January 1, 2026. Please include the alternate Attendee's full name and email address.
Selling an EddieCon ticket to another person is permitted, but payment arrangements must be made directly between the selling and purchasing parties.
Each ticket admits one person only. Ticket sharing is not allowed.
Ticket scalping or resale at inflated prices is prohibited. Primera reserves the right to refuse future ticket purchases by individuals engaging in scalping.
5. Attendee Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds are not permitted. If you cannot attend, notify Primera at marketing@primera.com and provide the original Attendee's full name, email, and phone number.
6. Event Cancellation Policy
If Primera is prevented, hindered, or delayed in hosting EddieCon due to a force majeure event—including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government action, labor disputes, severe weather, venue cancellation, or supplier failure—Primera shall not be liable for such delay or cancellation. In such cases, Primera may reschedule the Event, change the venue, or cancel it. If the Event is permanently canceled, refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with Primera's refund policy.
7. Event Refund Policy
Beyond the policies above, no additional refunds will be offered.
8. Protection of Class Content
Attendees agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any instructor materials in any form.
9. Change of Event Content
Every effort will be made to keep the published program accurate. However, Primera reserves the right to alter the program, instructors, or schedule without notice.
10. Liability
Primera will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, or for any injury or loss during the Event. Primera also reserves the right to postpone or cancel due to strike, war, terrorism, natural disaster, quarantine, pandemic, government restrictions, or other causes beyond our control. Primera is not liable for losses resulting from substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of the Event or its sessions.
11. Sales, Promoting, and Teaching at Event
Attendees may not solicit business, sell products or services, or promote companies unless they are an official sponsor or vendor.
Attendees may not hold paid classes outside the official program within the venue premises for up to 3 days before and 3 days after the Event.
12. Privacy
Primera respects Attendee privacy and protects personal data. If you wish to have your information removed from our systems, please contact Primera. For auditing purposes, attendee names may be shared with the hotel.
13. Notice of Filming and Photography
News outlets, production companies, and EddieCon itself may photograph or record the Event. By attending, Attendees consent to the use of their likeness in photography, audio, and video for publication, exhibition, social media, or promotional use.
14. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to uphold the spirit of kindness, collaboration, and inclusion that makes EddieCon unique. This standard applies during the Event and in related online interactions before and after the Event.
15. Assumption of Risk
By registering for and attending EddieCon, Attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. Participation is at your own risk, and Primera, its partners, sponsors, and the venue shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or loss incurred.
16. Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
By attending, Attendees acknowledge their voluntary participation in EddieCon and release Primera, its owners, staff, sponsors, and other participants from all liability and claims arising from attendance at the Event.

Ticket, Ticket Transfers, Refunds
You will receive a confirmation of your ticket purchase by email after registration. Tickets purchased are final and non-refundable however tickets are transferrable.

When writing, please include the alternate Attendee's full name and email address. Selling a EddieCon Ticket to another person is permitted, but payment must be arranged and completed between the selling and purchasing parties. Sharing of an Event ticket is not allowed. Each registration allows admittance of one person only. Attendee may not inflate ticket prices for resale (ticket scalping). Persons scalping tickets may be banned from purchasing EddieCon tickets in the future.
Event Cancellation Policy
If the Organizer is prevented, hindered, or delayed from performing its obligations under this Agreement due to a force majeure event—including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government action, labor disputes, severe weather, venue cancellation or supplier failure—the Organizer shall not be in breach or liable for such failure or delay. The Organizer may reschedule the event or change venue. If the event is permanently canceled, the Organizer will issue a refund or credit in accordance with its refund policy. The Organizer shall provide written notice of the force majeure event as soon as reasonably practicable, describe its nature and expected duration, and use reasonable efforts to mitigate its impact

Change of Event Content
EddieCon will try to ensure that the scheduled program is correct and communicated on our Website. However, EddieCon may need to alter the program and/or instructor prior to or during the event and reserves the right to do so without notice.
Liability
EddieCon will not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during our event. EddieCon reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event due to strike, war, terrorism, natural disaster, quarantine, pandemic, government restrictions, or other emergencies or causes over which we have no control. EddieCon is not responsible for any loss or damage because of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of the event as a whole or any portion of our program.
Payment
Payment in full is required at the time of registration.
Sales, Promoting, and Teaching at Event
Attendee agrees to do no soliciting of a business, or product or service sales, either at the event or through official social media channels unless done so as an official sponsor or vendor.
Attendee further agrees to hold no paid classes (outside those officially organized through EddieCon) on the premises of the venue during, up to 2 days before, and 2 days after the event.
Event Refund Policy
Beyond the cancellation policies listed above, no refund for the Attendee Ticket will be offered to Attendee.
Notice of Filming and Photography
News, production companies, or EddieCon itself may record or photograph at the event. By attending EddieCon, Attendee acknowledges and consents to photography, audio recording, video recording and their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction on web, social media, TV, event slideshows, or any other purpose.
Code of Conduct
All Attendees are expected to uphold the spirit of kindness, collaboration, and inclusion that makes EddieCon unique. This standard of conduct applies both during the event and in related interactions on social media before and after the event.
Assumption of Risk
By registering for and attending this event, Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk, and you agree not to hold EddieCon, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, or venue liable for any illness, injury, or loss incurred in connection with your participation in the event.
Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
I acknowledge that I willingly choose to engage in the EddieCon event, understanding the assumption of risk. I hereby release and waive all liability, and claims of whatever nature against EddieCon, including in each case, their owners, staff, and other participants.
The housing block for EddieCon is now closed. To book hotel rooms, please contact the hotel directly for availability.
**All travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the registered attendee. No children under the age of 18 are allowed at the event. All attendees must be registered. A room block IS available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. Discounted rate for a standard room is $137.00 per night including the resort fee (tax not included). If you’re planning to come early or stay later to enjoy Orlando, the hotel has extended the discounted rate three days prior and three days after the event. For guests who are booking a room within the room block, overnight parking is discounted to $10. If you're just driving in for the day, parking is free. Room block closes on December 10, 2025.
