The LX610 Color Label Printer with Built-in Plotter Cutter prints and cuts your labels in one machine. Print and cut custom labels of any shape or size – all in one simple, unattended process. Built-in digital die cutter cuts each label out, eliminating the need to stock multiple sizes of labels.

LX600 Color Label Printer

The LX600 Color Label Printer encompasses all of the same quality features as the Lx610 without the built-in die-cutting. It is designed for manufacturers that need to quickly, efficiently, and affordably print their own high-quality product labels.

Its high capacity single cartridge for both pigment and dye keeps cost per print low and also allows users to print on a wider selection of materials. Pigment ink, when paired with synthetic material, provides high water and scratch resistance. Printed labels can include photos, graphics, illustrations, and text - even high-resolution or two-dimensional barcodes. Customers/manufacturers benefit from printing their own labels in-house by saving time, not having to wait for label orders, and by printing only the quantities they need at that time.

LX910 Color Label Printer utilizes an all-new, very high capacity thermal inkjet print head with CMY ink cartridge and a wider print width of up to 8.25”. Print with dye or pigment ink, all in the same printer.

LX4000 Color Label Printer with Big Ink™ Tanks

The LX4000 Color Label Printer’s all-new big ink system delivers a low cost per label without standing speed and print quality.

From initial set-up to full operation, the LX4000 is easy to use. Plus, everything you need to start printing labels is included in the box. Each LX4000 ships with BarTender® UltraLite software, sample roll of high-gloss labels, reusable dye or pigment print head, dye or pigment CMY ink tanks, and USB cable. You’ll be printing full-color labels within minutes of taking the printer out of the box. The ink system is being called “Big Ink” to differentiate it from other Primera models. Print quality is exceptional with native 1200 dpi resolution with a maximum print resolution of 1200 dpi x 4800 dpi. Labels up to 8” wide x 24” long can be printed. Print speed is up to 4.5” (114mm) per second.

Each CMY tank holds 60ml of ink. Pre-primed, reusable print heads have another 42ml of ink, for a total of 222ml of “out of the box” ink. Both dye and pigment models are available as separate SKUs. Replacement ink tanks are easy to install and are self-priming.

The Big Ink system on LX4000 uses all-new dye and pigment inks optimized for brightness, durability, and optical density. In particular, LX4000’s process black has a very high optical density for the blackest blacks ever released by Primera in a CMY printer. Process black has many advantages for labels over the carbon black inks used by other color label printers, including better water resistance, compatibility with a broader range of specialty label media, and more resistance to smearing.

As Primera’s top-of-the-line color label printer, LX4000 is ideal for users that need to print up to 7,500 labels per day. Other users will find the very low operating costs to be just as advantageous. The rugged, powder-coated steel cover and all-steel frame help to protect the printer in most office, warehouse, and factory environments.

LX4000 is compatible with Windows 8/10/11 or MacOS 11 – MacOS 15 (Sequoia). Interfaces include Ethernet & USB 2.0 wired ports; wireless connectivity is also available with a low-cost Ethernet to Wireless adapter. Primera maintains a list of tested and recommended third-party wireless adapters.

Printer drivers are available online along with a free and easy-to-use label design and printing software from Seagull Scientific called BarTender® UltraLite for Windows.
