With Primera's Extended Warranty Program, you can extend the current product warranty you received upon purchasing your Primera equipment, up to two extra years worth of product support. Two additional years warranty will warranty your Primera product a total of three years. The Extended Warranty Program guarantees that you will receive repairs, hardware replacement and return shipping if your Primera product should ever fail during the extended warranty period. Refer to the Extended Warranty policy for more information.
Extended Warranties do not apply to refurbished units.
