IP60 Windows Printer Driver - 1.1.1 07/29/2019
- Update default print settings to:  Saturation=95, Color Match=Vivid, Quality=Better
- Remove wording regarding Dye/Pigment because IP60 only supports Dye right now
- Add setting to disable launch of PrintHub (default is to launch)
- Add setting to cut prints in half (default is to not cut in half).  This requires firmware 1.35 or higher.
- Don't fail to print if unable to get printer status (allows a standard user to print).
