Slide Printer Driver Release Notes

Version 1.21 11/25/15
- PTNet Print Server now does not require login to access status file - updates made for this.
- Fixed Interactive message shown when printing with no data - now it will just fail to print

Version 1.20 11/13/15
- Modified to work with PTNet Print Server (reads status file over network)
- Updated to fallback to print settings specified in pt_Slide.ini if no status obtained (Color ribbon by default)
- Removed Heat setting from printing preferences (must set with PTLab or utility)
