LX610 Color Label Printer with built-in plotter cutter produces short runs of high-quality labels in any size or shape without the need for custom dies. It’s perfect for producing warning labels, school stickers and prime labels for a wide range of industries including health and beauty, food and beverage, chemicals and more.
LX610 combines high-resolution color inkjet printing with built-in digital die-cutting. After each image is printed, it is cut to the desired size and shape with a high-precision carbide steel knife blade.
The desktop-sized printer comes complete with intuitive, easy-to-use software for laying out print and cut files. Users can quickly produce custom labels of virtually any size or shape* within just a few minutes. In addition, standard pre-die cut labels and tags can also be fed through the machine just like any other desktop label printer.
A copy of PTCreate™ Standard is available for free download with purchase of every printer and allows for the printing and cutting of simple shapes such as squares, ovals, rectangles, starbursts and more. Sign shops will want to upgrade to PTCreate Pro™ which further extends the capabilities of LX610 by adding the ability to import vector files, and advanced tools and effects as well as cutting around intricate artwork.

With LX610, both dye and pigment inks are available. Dye-based ink prints bright and vibrant colors that are perfect for most prime label applications. Pigment-based ink prints labels that stand up to sunlight and water for extended periods of time. Substrates can include gloss papers, BOPP, vinyl, and more. Magnetic material is also available. ICC color matching is also built-in and automatically loaded depending upon which ink and Primera substrate is utilized.
